This is going to be a random journal but a useful one!
I've been suffering from a problem for about 2 years now and I've decided to try and conquer it. I know I can do it! I don't need someone to do it for me because I'm the both the source of the problem and the cure. If you have a problem, depending on what it is, you have the ability to solve it! I'm going to share some things I found out and hope that it helps you all ^.^
My reason for doing this is because I want to help both others and myself. I want to be how I used to be. I won't make the journal huge and some things will sound silly but just give it a go C: Over the past year or so I've notice my health decline and it has nothing to do with what I eat or how I live my life. It's all to do with my anxiety and possibly a hint of depression. I've never been diagnosed with anything but I've known for a long time, that something hasn't been quite right with me. Soooo here's the steps I want to share with you ^.^
First of all, just stand, look up a little and put on a smile. What you put on your face relates to how you feel. Motion is your emotion
If your frowning, you feel down and all that. Heck even fake smiles can cheer you up. Just focus on controlling your body, do more bouncy like things, even if you find it hard. Think of how your eyes are and how your facial expression is.
I plan on smiling randomly at random points in the day, I just class it as me feeling silly but happy because that's what it does to me.
Yes, I'm one of those types that takes things too close to heart and the smallest thing can put me in a corner to cry. I want that to stop. I know that I'll feel happier if I follow my own advice.
Now I want you to write down 5 reasons as to why you MUST beat this anxiety/problem. Once you've done that, write down why you can beat it.
Read through them carefully and then write down what'll happen if you don't beat it. This can be one of the most upsetting parts but don't worry! You don't need to focus on them as I now want you to write down what WILL happen WHEN you beat this. Basically the rewards C: which is the nicest part.
You want to be free of it forever, and the best thing of all, is that you don't need medication. All you need is your mind. YOU, yes YOU can do this. I'm going to go through it with you as your support but remember, the person who is supporting you isn't going to solve it for you. You are a strong person, therefore you yourself hold your own remedy to solve it. I know it may be hard to believe but trust me.
I know you can do it!
Yes, this journal turned out a bit longer than what I was expecting
